Bank Holiday weekend

Friday night, and while most sensible people are out enjoying themselves I'm in the office sorting out my equipment for Saturday's wedding in Kirkcaldy at the Dean Park Hotel with Cheryl and Paul. The wedding service is being conducted by Rev David Gatt, a retired minister from Thornton. It's always nice to see him, particularly as he married Anna and I at Aberdour Castle in July 2000. David does a lot of Fife weddings at places like Balbirnie, so we work together often which is good fun, he's a great character. Fingers crossed that the weather holds so we can get outside for a bit in the afternoon!

On Sunday we're exhibiting at the Guthrie Castle wedding fair. Guthrie is a stunning venue, a private castle set in extensive grounds, and Paul and the team always do a great job at wedddings. We're very proud to be recomended by them, and so it's a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon (providing I remember to record the Monaco Grand Prix - Go Lewis!)
