Claire and Alasdair's wedding at Murrayfield Parish Church yesterday was notable for having every kind of weather imagineable in the space of about 10 minutes - rain, sun, winds, the lot. The conditions didn't dampen the enthusiasm of their familes, most of whom had travelled from the Western Isles or Ireland for the day. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, and the reception at the Balmoral was up to their usual lavish standards.
